All staff are handpicked because of their loving, caring and warm personalities. These factors ensure your child’s day in the nursery is happy and packed full of fun within a secure and safe environment. The learning experience is offered through the mediums of Welsh & English with many of our staff being welsh speakers.
All staff are police checked with an enhanced DBS Certificate (Disclosure Barring Service). As a basic requirement, every member of the team are qualified in the provision of Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection and Basic Food Hygiene.
Additionally, they regularly attend other courses throughout the academic year to enhance their professional development and therefore continually improve the care provided to the children.
My name is Debra and I have owned and managed Pitter Patter since we opened on the 1st September 2003.
I qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 1986, Registered General nurse in 1992 and achieved my NVQ4 in Nursery Management in November 2010.
As a working mum and having 3 daughters and 2 grandsons of my own I understand that your peace of mind is paramount to the well being of your child.

My name is Diane and I am a mother of 2 grown-up sons who I am extremely proud of.
I qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 1988 and started at Pitter Patter in September 2003 where I have worked my way up from cook to Deputy Manager.
I still manage the catering section and ensure that all the children enjoy a healthy and well-balanced
In December 2009 I gained my NVQ4 in Nursery Management and I am a firm believer that children are individuals and should be free to express themselves openly.
My name is Naomi and I am a mother of 2 handsome little boys.
I began working in Pitter Patter in 2008 and qualified as a nursery nurse in 2009. I also gained a BA Primary Education with QTS (in welsh) in 2012.
I have experienced working as a teacher within schools which has developed my skills and knowledge. In July 2014 I became a Teacher Advisor for the nursery, I help develop the educational side of the nursery and prepare children for school.

My name is Alice and I am a mother of a gorgeous teenage boy. I qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 2010 and have since gone on to achieve my NVQ5 in Childcare Management.
I joined Pitter Patter in March 2013 and after gaining a lot of experience, have worked my way up to supervisor of the Toddler section.
I love my work and enjoy providing new experiences so that children can grow, develop and get ready for their new life in 'Big' School.

My name is Charlotte and I am a mother of 2 gorgeous children who I am very proud of.
I qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 2006 and I joined Pitter Patter in January 2010 where I have since achieved my NVQ5 in childcare Management.
I have worked my way up to supervisor while gaining many years of experience in childcare, and I now run the Baby Section of the Nursery.
I take great pride in my work and I love seeing the children develop as they grow older.
